Every formulation starts on the bench in Delhi. We map the accord character that defines a genre, the opening, the shape, the identity, then re-tune the base specifically for Indian subtropical heat and humidity before a batch ever ships.
Every batch is coded and dated. The code on your bottle traces back to when and where it was compounded, and every product page carries that batch’s climate-performance notes. Nothing ships until it holds up in the conditions you’ll actually wear it in.

Can I return or exchange a fragrance?
For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they leave our facility, standard practice for perfume in India. The only exception is an item received damaged or defective, which we replace or refund if reported within 7 days of delivery. Full policy →
How long does shipping take, and is it free?
We ship across all states and Union Territories through Shiprocket, which assigns the courier that serves your pin code fastest. Shipping is free on orders above ₹975; below that it's a flat ₹95. Remote areas may take 1–2 additional days. Full policy →

What's in a Discovery Set?
There are two. Day / Night is two 5ml vials, Sun Kiss for daylight and Date Night for evening. The Range is three 5ml vials that share no family: The Aqua, Quite Boss and Oud Odyssey. A 5ml vial is roughly a fortnight of daily wear, which is enough to judge a fragrance before committing to a 15ml or 50ml bottle. Full policy →

We build and batch-test for Indian subtropical heat and humidity specifically, not temperate-climate conditions. Every product page carries that batch's climate-performance notes so you know what to expect before you buy.
