Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment data is processed directly by Shopify Payments — we never store full payment credentials on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to process orders, send order confirmations, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Email Communications
We send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) and occasional marketing emails if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in the email footer.
Data Retention
Order data is retained for 5 years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@dopeone.in.
Third-Party Services
We use Shopify (ecommerce platform), Resend (email), and Google Analytics (anonymized traffic data). Each service operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreement.
WhatsApp & Messaging
If you provide your WhatsApp number, we use it to send order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, and review requests. We do not share your WhatsApp number with third parties for marketing. You may opt out of WhatsApp messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message we send.
India DPDP Act 2023 Compliance
We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023. We collect your personal data only with your explicit consent at the point of collection. You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, erase your data (subject to legal retention requirements), and withdraw consent at any time.
